तेलंगाना संचालन

निदेशालय खान एवं भूविज्ञान से अनुमोदित खदान योजनाओं के साथ दो खदानें संचालित। सिराला गांव (भैंसा मंडल, निर्मल जिला) में खदान रोड मेटल और बिल्डिंग स्टोन के लिए 2.366 हेक्टेयर कवर करती है। उत्खनक, 110 मिमी ड्रिलिंग रिग और 400cfm कंप्रेसर का उपयोग करके यांत्रिक निष्कर्षण।

राजस्थान संचालन

भीलवाड़ा में फेल्डस्पर खदानें मोरबी सिरामिक टाइल निर्माण इकाइयों को कच्चा माल आपूर्ति करती हैं। भीलवाड़ा-मोरबी गलियारा सिरामिक क्षेत्र के लिए भारत की सबसे बड़ी फेल्डस्पर आपूर्ति शृंखलाओं में से एक है।

क्रशिंग प्लांट

प्राथमिक (94×28), द्वितीयक (COX10) और तृतीयक (96×8-6-500) क्रशिंग इकाइयां NH-61 से 1 किमी दूर स्थित हैं। 40T वेजब्रिज, 5 टिपर, लोडर और उत्खनक से सुसज्जित।

रसद और सेवा क्षेत्र

हम अपने क्रशिंग प्लांटों के 80 किमी दायरे में एग्रीगेट की आपूर्ति करते हैं। पूर्ण वेजब्रिज दस्तावेज़ीकरण और गुणवत्ता आश्वासन के साथ 12-पहिया ट्रकों के माध्यम से सीधे ग्राहक तक भेजा जाता है।

At Sirala and neighbouring hamlets in Bhainsa Mandal we donate graded stone for village roads, drains and community sheds, and send a loader when a local work needs plant support.

Temples

Donated stone & haulage

Aggregate, pitching boulder and a tipper are given for temple platforms, compound walls and approach roads so village shrines can be built without buying commercial material.

Materials & equipment

Beltaroda plant · NH-61

When a panchayat or school work is short of 20 mm, M-sand or a water tanker, we release stock and equipment from the Beltaroda plant at no charge for the community job.

Water for agriculture

Tanker rounds · dry months

The same tanker used for dust suppression fills farm bunds and plantation pits through summer, so fields next to the quarry belt keep a watering round.
